Portuguese citizens residing abroad now have more information on BUPi – One-stop Building Shop – and its services on the Portuguese Communities Portal.

Regardless of the country where they reside, the owners of rustic or mixed buildings in Portugal can conduct the administrative procedures to register them digitally through BUPi, using a simple identification method via their Citizen Card or Digital Mobile Key, as well as refer to practical information on the procedure to register these properties. 

Having BUPi on the Portuguese Communities Portal brings the Portuguese citizens residing abroad closer to identify and geo-reference rustic and mixed buildings in Portugal in municipalities without land registry, offering documentation on the purpose and importance of the service and clarifying frequent doubts that arise.
