Secretary of State for Internationalisation in Brazil

The Secretary of State for Internationalisation, Bernardo Ivo Cruz, will travel to Brazil, from the 23rd to the 27th of May, to participate in the IX meeting of the Portuguese Chambers of Commerce abroad, in Fortaleza, signalling the relevance and Government’s interest in working with this global network to support exports and investment by connecting entrepreneurs in the various countries.

The week’s agenda also includes working meetings with local authorities, as well as visits and contact with several entities, business associations and businesses, in the cities of Fortaleza, Brasilia and São Paulo, to enlist Portugal as the gateway to Europe and seize new deals in conjunction with Brazilian entrepreneurs in the industrial sectors of energy and for the startup ecosystem.
